The internal and field adjusters were very thorough and professional. They both asked important questions to get all the facts regarding the claim. Once all the pictures and invoices were submitted the process was fast and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

They canceled our policy 3 months after inception because we had a claim within the past 3 years (according to the Cancelation Notice), even though the initial application clearly indicated the details of the claim. Our agent checked with them and was told that was OK but we had trees touching our roof. Those were trimmed and pictures were provided. They said that was now OK but we had an unacceptable gate leading into our backyard, which has a pool. I've taken pictures 3 times now and am waiting to hear back but currently have no insurance. Edit - After sending an email to the company, I received a call from Mike Braun, their CEO. Mr. Braun said that they had made a mistake and were reinstating my policy. Kudos to Mr. Braun for getting involved and admitting that his company made a mistake.
