When choosing the right homeowners’ insurance, it’s so important to have a company that you can rely on. One you can trust to be there when you need them, who puts their customers first. This is definitely not the company. If you looking, keep looking. If you’re a customer be sure to take photos of your home and property, inside and out, up and down, every nook and cranny. Be sure they are time and date stamped and make sure you keep them in a safe place. If you have any normal repairs done be sure to photograph the area before and after repairs, again time and date stamp. These photos might be the only protection from your “so called protection”

We have been with Tower Hill for almost five years. We had one claim prior to hurricane Erma due to a leak. Tower Hills preferred contractor did an outstanding job in identifying and remediating the issue. Following Hurricane Erma, we discovered serious damage to our roof due to the 120 mph plus winds. You can pay for your policy by using a checking account, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or a debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo.

To create your online account, you will need your policy number, agent ID, and property zip code. To make a payment over the phone, call 800-342-3407.

You may also choose to mail your payment using the payment coupon and envelope included with each premium invoice. You can send the payment to Tower Hill Insurance Group, P.O. Box 865001, Orlando, FL 32886-5001.

This purchase enables the company to survive a large severity event, such as a hurricane loss with a 1 percent probability of occurrence or a rare frequency event such as four hurricanes making landfall in Florida in the same year, the company states.
